CORPIAS was tasked with leading the build and deployment of a market-leading auto enrolment engine. In parallel, we prepared the client for a major business transformation to meet the challenges of greatly increased throughput with more complexity and lower margins.
As the business lead, Alan represented the divisional MD, overseeing the programme director and the IT delivery strand, plus the commercial, operations and regulatory streams.
Key achievements included:
Analysis and procurement of technology supplier.
Developed subject specialist streams from the business and ensured coverage of analysts and project managers with each stream.
Drove the understanding and acceptance that development of new communications must be electronic as standard.
Instigated and supported business development messaging, client management training, market relations, service standard assurance and contractual agreement templates.
Ensured regular updates and reporting, enabling co-ordination of the approx 12 business strands and 100+ personnel engaged.
Thought leadership on investment governance and created dedicated resource to build and apply.
